Christian Gammill honored

Christian1   Christian2
Petal High School senior, Christian Gammill, was honored at the September meeting of the Petal School Board. Gammill completed his Eagle Scout project by building a butterfly garden for Petal Primary School. He joined Scouts when he was in first grade and has always had a strong interest in the environment. Therefore, he wanted his Eagle Scout project to be something that would enhance the landscape and educate others. He hopes the butterfly garden will serve as an outdoor classroom and bring beauty to the area close to the school’s pavilion and playground.
