PHS Math Teachers Recognized
Petal High School math teachers were recognized by the school board at the October meeting. The teachers have achieved outstanding results with students. A total of 90.8% scored in the Proficient or Advanced categories of the Algebra I Subject Area Test in the 2011-2012 school year. The Petal School District earned the highest mean score of any school district in the state on this assessment.
