    About Me:

Hello! My name is Hannah Parker and I am a 3rd grade ELA teacher at PES! I am honestly in love with what I do, and I couldn't imagine a life where I couldn't teach. Specifically, I am passionate about teaching children how to analyze, think critically, problem solve, and become the best version of themselves. Outside of school, you can usually find me working on arts and crafts, singing at church, working on classwork, crocheting, spending time with my family, or relaxing and watching Netflix. I love Disney movies, diet green tea, shopping at Target or TJ Maxx, and even playing the occasional video game. My favorite thing to do is laugh. A life of laughter is a life well spent!

I am so excited about this year and the wonderful adventures that await!

My entire life, I lived in Petal. I attended all the Petal schools, participated in colorguard and showchoir, and graduated in 2011. From there, I went to Jones Country Junior College where I recieved my Associates of Arts Degree. Later, I ventured over into Hattiesburg and attended William Carey University where I graduated with honors with my Bachelor's of Education with endorsements in reading and social studies. Currently, I am attending William Carey again, but online, to earn my Masters of Gifted Education. I absolutely love to learn and adore being in school! In the future, I plan to pursue my National Board certification and higher degrees in the education field.
