•      My name is DeSha Budraitis and I am thrilled to be teaching your child this year!  I have twenty-two years experience, and have taught kindergarten through third grade.  Twelve of those years have been in first grade. 
           I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1990 with a BS degree in Elementary Education.  Later I attended Delta State University where I earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education.
           My family moved to Petal in 2001.  My husband and I have been married for thirty-one years, and we have one son.  Our son attends The United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
          This is going to be a fantastic year!
