SRO/Police Officer Alyssa Chandlee

Alyssa Chandlee graduated from the Hattiesburg Police and Fire Training Academy in 2005 and worked in multiple divisions within the Hattiesburg Police Department- Patrol, Detectives, Crime Analysis and Community Relations. Officer Chandlee worked two years as a Probation Officer with the Forrest and Perry County 12th District Drug Court. She then moved on to work the next nine years of her career as a Special Victims Investigator, primarily working Sex Crimes against children, for the Forrest County Sheriff's Office. Alyssa still works as a Reserve Deputy with the Sheriff's Office. She started with the Petal School District in 2020 and is currently assigned to the Petal Elementary School. Officer Chandlee is excited to serve within the community she calls home.
