SRO/Police Officer Jamie Sheffield

Officer Sheffield is married with a daughter and a son. Is a 1991 Perry Central High School graduate and has an AA Degree in Criminal Justice for Jones County Junior College. He served in the MS Army National Guard as a Small Arms Repairmen and graduated from the Harrison County/ USM Law Enforcement Training Academy in 1995. He is currently serving his 26th year in law enforcement. His past work experience includes: Jailer, Dispatcher, and Reserve Deputy with the Perry County Sheriff's Department, Patrol Officer with the MS Gulf Coast Community College Campus Police, Patrol Officer and Firearms Instructor with the Wiggins Police Department, and Chief SRO for the Perry County School District.  Officer Sheffield is currently assigned to the Petal High School as the Law and Public Safety Teacher.
