Hello! My name is Melissa Hensarling and I am the School Counselor here at Petal Primary! I am a Petal  Native and a 1995 PHS graduate! I am married to Benji Hensarling and we have 3 children, Ben, Chyanne, and Camren. I graduated from William Carey with a BS in Psychology and a Master's in School Counseling. 

I have worked at Petal Primary for several years in a few different capacities. I really enjoy my present position as a Professional School Counselor. I have a heart for kids and a passion to help others. I look forward to serving you and your children here at PPS!
